·         Avaya PBX & Call Center, Configuration, Vectors, CMS
·         Genesys Framework, Routing for Voice, Chat & Email, Workspace, Agent Scripting, UCS, WFM.

Must have hands on experience with:
·         Genesys Multimedia routing,
·         Avaya Vector programming,
·         Workspace Desktop Edition configuration & Customization,
·         Genesys Agent Scripting,
·         UCS interfaces

Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Verint Call Recording & WFM, Genesys InfoMart & GII
