We are looking for a Infrastructure Solutions Architect with:

•  AWS experience
•  Data Replication Experience
•  Datacenter migration experience

This user will be engaged with documenting the application landscape for the migrations as well as helping to architect the AWS foundation.

·         Avaya PBX & Call Center, Configuration, Vectors, CMS

·         Genesys Framework, Routing for Voice, Chat & Email, Workspace, Agent Scripting, UCS, WFM.

Must have hands on experience with:

·         Genesys Multimedia routing,

·         Avaya Vector programming,

·         Workspace Desktop Edition configuration & Customization,

·         Genesys Agent Scripting,

·         UCS interfaces

Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Verint Call Recording & WFM, Genesys InfoMart & GII

Job Description :

Maximo 7.6 is being implemented at six (6) of Client’s locations:

This role will be responsible for working with these six (6) locations to plan, schedule and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on the Maximo 7.6 application.

This resource will also be responsible for working with SQA and Validation Testing resources during the Maximo Implementation.

This role requires experience with the utilization of HPQC to log, track and document resolutions to identified data defects.
